For a small extra fee, you may request for Baby Car Seats, Luggage Trailers, Bottled Water, pre-registered Local Sim Cards or in-car WiFi!

As you arrive at the airport, you'll find your driver carrying a banner like the one on the right for a Miss Amy Taylor. For security/safety reasons your driver will tell you where you are going and his car should match the details on your booking reservation letter/email. If in doubt, contact our 24hrs emergency line +27 78 396 4115. We're glad to confirm that in the past 9yrs we've not experienced any security/safety incident affecting our clients. Driver will wait for you upto 60mins at no extra cost but if he waits for 2hrs or more, you'll be charged an extra R100.00. Tipping the driver is not compulsory & should be earned by the driver through exceptional service. Bookings should never be made directly with the driver without going via the office.
